The function of Legal Directorate are described hereunder:
- The main function of this Directorate is to deal with the Litigation Cases filed in various courts by the people against Auqaf Organization and vice versa.
- The Competent Authority/ Chief Administrator Auqaf may engage a counsel to file or defend a suit,writ petition, appeal application or other legal proceedings filed against the Chief Administrator of Auqaf Punjab as well as against the Zonal Administrator in courts of law.
