Miscellaneous Expenditures Relating to Courts
There was no provision of miscellaneous expenditures for preparation of court cases for Auqaf Counsels (stationery/photocopies etc.). Miscellaneous expenditure for different courts of law are proposed as under:
- Supreme Court Rs. 7,000/-
- High Court Rs. 5,000/-
- Session Court Rs. 2,500/-
- Civil Court Rs. 2,500/-
Which may be paid from Head “Legal Charges”.
