In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25 of the Punjab Waqf Properties Ordinance 1979, the Governor of the Punjab was pleased to make rules called “The West Pakistan Waqf Properties (Litigation) Rules, 1983”. The rules were issued under notification No. OSD-3(13)Auqaf/83 dated Lahore 9th January, 1983.
