A very important and high lighted matter regarding lifting of soil by the contractors of FWO has been decided by the Chief Secretary Punjab in favour of Auqaf Organization due to active participation of Director of Legal Auqaf representing on behalf of Secretary/CAA in the proceedings.
Due to active efforts of Directorate of Legal, court proceedings remained smooth and no hurdles in construction regarding development work at the shrine of Hazrat Bibi Pak Daman (RA) have been faced by the Auqaf.
