A meeting of the Auqaf Board was held under the chairmanship of Provincial Minister for Auqaf, Chaudhry Shafay Hussain. During the meeting, Secretary Auqaf Punjab, Dr. Ehsan Bhutta, presented a seven-point agenda for consideration.The Board appreciated the significant increase in revenue generated through the cash boxes installed at various shrines across the province. Among the key decisions taken during the meeting were the approval of the rehabilitation and restructuring scheme for Data Darbar Hospital, the regularization of 119 daily-wage security guards as permanent workmen in accordance with the approved policy, and the ratification of the order regarding the fee structure for Iqbal Hall and the Tabarrukat Gallery at the Badshahi Mosque.The Board also accorded approval to several other agenda items aimed at improving the administration, welfare services, and management of Auqaf institutions.
