Secretary / Chief Administrator Auqaf Punjab, Dr. Ehsan Bhutta, while addressing the 59th meeting of the Punjab Quran Board held at the Quran Board Building, Upper Mall Lahore, stated that all available resources would be utilized to prevent any textual or interpretational distortion of the Holy Quran as well as printing errors in its publication. CAA further announced that immediate training courses would be organized to enhance the professional skills of proofreaders, and a comprehensive set of guidelines would be developed for this purpose. The meeting was attended by Chairman Punjab Quran Board Hafiz Zubair Hassan and esteemed members including Dr. Muhammad Karim Khan, Saeed Ahmad Shah Gujrati, Dr. Mufti Intikhab Ahmad, Qari Ahmad Mian Thanvi, Maulana Tahir Aqeel Awan, Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Rashid, Dr. Allama Syed Ziaullah Shah Bukhari, Allama Muhammad Shafiq Pasruri, Dr. Allama Muhammad Hussain Akbar, Mrs. Farwa Batool, Sheikh Muhammad Nazimuddin, Qudratullah, Syed Ahsan Mahmood, M. Khalid Yousaf, Rana Sikandar Amjad, and Israr Ahmad.
