Secretary/Chief Administrator, Auqaf Punjab, Dr. Ehsan Bhutta, presided over the Divisional Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ Conference organized by the Auqaf and Religious Affairs Department, Punjab, in Multan. The conference was attended in large numbers by Deputy Commissioner Multan Dr. Faisal Saleem, Regional Police Officer Mr.Usman Akram Gondal, Zonal Administrator Auqaf Mr.Ghulab Irshad, Khateeb Auqaf Multan Maulana Arshad Ali Baloch, other officers from across the division, religious scholars, Qaris, and distinguished members of society. Addressing the conference, Dr. Ehsan Bhutta said that the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ established the protection of the rights of the weaker sections of society, respect and dignity for women, kind treatment of orphans and the needy, observance of the rights of neighbours, fulfilment of promises, honesty, trustworthiness, justice and fair play as the fundamental values of human society. He said that, in the present era, the most effective solution to the growing intolerance, hatred and social discord lies in adopting these noble and illuminating principles of the Seerat-e-Tayyaba ﷺ in our individual as well as collective lives.
