Following are the due functions:
- To prepare Annual Development Programme for up-gradation of built environment at Waqf properties
- Planning, Architectural Designing and Execution of Development Scheme (as approved in ADP)
- Co-ordination with Archaeology Department for Restoration / Renovation at protected shrines
- Procurement of contract for maintenance of sound system, HVAC, electric sub station, elevator etc.
- Execution of development projects at waqf properties funded by Provincial or Federal Government through its ADP assessment of rental value of commercial / residential units
