The cases pending in High Court/District Courts regarding stay matters issued against Auqaf Department and causing loss to public exchequer will be taken up first and others to be decided in favour of Auqaf.
Board of Revenue cases and Federal Land Commission Cases.
The Director Legal with prior approval of Competent Authority may visit (Multan+DGK Zones and Bahawalpur Zone to conduct meeting with ZA’s/Auqaf Counsels for perusing of judicial files as well as to request Deputy Registrar (Judicial) to devise the mechanism for disposal of cases from the courts.
Category-B
Those cases in which the notifications of Auqaf Department have been challenged and the possession is with/or not with the Auqaf Department.
Category-C
The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan has constituted a 3-Members Committee comprising of Senior Judges of August Supreme Court of Pakistan for enlisting of cases to be heard. Meeting will be conducted with the ZA’s and Auqaf Counsels to devise mechanism for disposals of cases.
